Built from the same curriculum our clients already trust, HAVEN On Demand is a curated digital library of prompts, videos, podcasts, toolkits, and more. These resources extend learning beyond live sessions and into the flow of people’s everyday work.
We recently used this blended approach in a nine-month program that combined monthly faculty-led sessions with HAVEN On Demand content. The results demonstrated the value of sustained learning:
- 81% of participants reported meaningful or significant improvement in their leadership skills.
- 90% said the combination of live sessions and digital learning helped them apply what they learned on the job.
