Past: Spent the last 25 years at the forefront of biotech and academic innovation as a C-level executive for numerous organizations, including publicly-traded companies. With a deep understanding of HR, organizational development, and operations, I’ve honed my skills in building award-winning cultures and driving organizational growth. Along the way, I’ve supported the development of hundreds of leaders, giving them the tools and guidance they need to succeed. Before my corporate career, I’ve had a diverse range of jobs – from cheese monger to line cook, soccer referee, and even a landscape company owner, operating out of my friend’s 1985 white Monte Carlo at the age of 18.
Future: Will travel the world exploring new places, meeting new people, and maybe, picking up another job.
