Led biotech startups from private through public stages as Head of HR—often beginning as the “HR team of one” and growing alongside the company through big wins and hard moments. Along the way, I took on corporate communications, IT, and real estate, and now know more about Cambridge/Boston lab and office design than I ever expected. I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional leaders and HR teams who’ve weathered storms together and remain not just colleagues, but friends.
