Past: A diverse career journey has taken me from luxury hotels to healthcare before arriving in biotech. As a true HR generalist—and often the “HR department of one”—I’ve built HR operations from the ground up, launched new functions, and led teams. Along the way, I’ve guided start-up stage companies through M&As and IPOs while embedding engagement and best practices at every step.
Future: Life by the ocean and a pool—water, water all-day! Rescue dogs and time to enjoy my people, too!
