Past: Led biotech startup as first CHRO from development to commercialization, from 25 to 120 FTEs, including navigating CEO succession. Reengineered a biotech from later stage development to earlier stage preclinical focus following divestiture. Designed comp philosophy and redesigned equity plans. Transformed the Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility functions at a large global pharma. Designed & implemented an enterprise talent strategy including leading a future talent acceleration program, successfully developing a generation of new GMs. Has lived & worked in Israel, UK, Switzerland & the US and managed HR in EMEA, Asia and Latin America. Experience across Biotech & Pharma, AI & Technology as well as Automotive manufacturing.
Future: Will walk on deserted beaches, write a book on travel and culture, whilst mentoring the next generation of business & HR leaders, & completing an ironman triathlon.
