Current: Building sustainable People & Culture practices for emerging tech companies. Helping senior leaders map and execute a ‘fit for purpose’ organizational design which addresses the intersection of business objectives, organizational constraints, and individual career aspirations through early-stage inflection points.
Past: Led biotech startup as first head of HR on a winding journey from private to public, from setback to success, and from 30 to 300 FTEs. Member of best-HR-team-ever which helped land a mid-sized biotech on the “Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For” list for several years. Survivor of the dot-com tech bubble. Detasseled corn in Indiana, trekked through Patagonia; explored underground cave cities in Turkey.
Future: Will spend more time traveling with family, mentor the next generation of HR leaders, and play average basketball as long as I can.
