From rolling out progressive benefit packages to building pay structures to leading HR system transformations and compliance efforts, I’ve supported teams through growth, change, and everything in between. Known for turning complexity into actionable, people-centered solutions—and doing it all with heart.
Future: I’ll be living on a compound near the sea with my family and closest friends. We’ll grow old together, share stories over rich coffee, delicious food and good wine, and show up for one another through life’s later chapters—with love, laughter, and probably a few spreadsheets on the side.
