Helping leaders and organizations actually connect the dots between people strategy and business results. Partnering with executives to navigate change, build high-performing teams, and make thoughtful decisions on talent, structure, and growth. Known for bringing clarity to complexity, pushing for honest conversations, and keeping things moving, even when the path forward isn’t perfectly defined or particularly easy.
Past:
HR leader in a fast-paced, global agency environment, managing everything from learning & development and talent strategy to succession planning, employee retention and “how did we get here?” moments. Led teams through acquisitions, leadership changes, and more than a few fire drills, while keeping a steady hand and a sense of humor. Early days included HR business partnering within a large general contractor, learning HR from the ground up in a hands-on, no-frills environment, plus operations, and the realization that no two people or problems are ever the same.
Future:
Building a more flexible, intentional version of work and life, one that leaves room for creative projects and being present for the moments that matter most. Will likely still be solving people problems, raising good humans, dabbling in interior design, and quietly reorganizing something that didn’t need it, but feels better anyway.
