Through 1:1 Executive Coaching, we help leaders deepen their awareness of the results they are currently generating, versus the results they are seeking. We work with them to understand their existing mindsets and behaviors, to identify what needs to shift, and ultimately to enable new behaviors and better results.
Our work includes multiple checkpoints with the organization, including early discussions with managers and HR leaders, a thorough qualitative 360 process, and the building of an impact report and an integrated development plan for each leader.

If your team is taking precious time to get together, we can deliver content that drives learning and change, and ensure that the team has some fun as well. HAVEN can structure a range of experiences, from a half day workshop to a three-day retreat.
Many executives want feedback but rarely receive honest input from employees. We surveyed employees in our client organizations in 2017 and believe we know why. 92% said that the risk of sharing criticism with leadership was too high.
The impact. Silence. This is the state in which most organizations exist. Executives want to learn and grow. Employees have important data and insights to share. And yet the information is never shared.
Our solution is a completely anonymous 360 tool, 360 Vault, managed and interpreted by our team, a third party with no formal affiliation with your company. Enable your employees to freely share their true feedback about anyone.... even the CEO.
Once a sufficient amount of data is collected (this varies depending upon the size of the organization), our team summarizes the themes into an individual report. We include strengths as well as areas for growth. We never use quotes and only report themes, ensuring that no attributions can be made to an individual respondent.
Yes, we occasionally receive unprofessional or unproductive comments. We sift those out as well. If a comment or idea isn't repeated at least three times, we don't think you need to worry about it.
In a one-hour session, the 360 Vault report is delivered in person or over the phone by one of our executive coaches.
Haven works closely with founders and CEO's at early stage companies to set a vision for the culture and drive the critical processes and decisions that lay the people foundation for growth. With engagements ranging from 1 day per month, to 1 day per week, HAVEN's HR executives can provide full range support for startups until they reach 60 full time employees.
